Office/Studio, Covington, LA

Our clients desired a large clear span office/studio with an executive loft and conference areas on an extremely small site in Downtown Covington. Seeking the look and  feel of an old warehouse that had been adapted, we opted for an exposed steel structure that would allow for a large clear span and provide an industrial feel.  It was a complex solution utilizing every available inch of a very compact site while still meeting all local setback and landscape requirements.
